 Advisory Board

This board of advisors helps Barry's Boxing Center reach its maximum potential. The Advisory Board Members provide insight and recommendations to our Board of Directors. They serve to help with all areas of marketing, business functions, strategy, long-term goals, and expansion efforts. Our revenue comes primarily through their renewable annual memberships. Additional fees come from gym dues, community involvement (donations, fundraisers), and we are hopeful in the future grant awards. Members of this Board may, and hopefully will:

-         Attend amateur boxing events

-         Attend annual Banquet and Award Ceremony

-         Provide support (verbal and written)

-         Attend annual Board meetings

-         Assist in fund-raising programs

 As Advisory Board Members, their involvement and input is invaluable in increasing awareness and support for Barry's Boxing Center and the at-risk youth of our community. At the end of the year, members are asked to recommend someone who they think would benefit Barry's Boxing Center and benefit from Barry's Boxing Center. Their level of commitment is not limited to the activities indicated above. We welcome new ideas and guidance from them.

 Request for Advisory Board Appointment

The undersigned requests appointment to the Advisory Board by the Board of Directors of Barry's Boxing Center, effective immediately. My appointment to the Advisory Board constitutes my commitment to donate a minimum of $500.00 per month for a period of not less than one (1) year, beginning the first day of the month following execution of this agreement.
